Libtards are painfully unfunny people. They perform for their friends and in groups, where the bar for success is “subscribe to Leftism”. It’s strikingly similar to insulated puritan circles where they will turn a blind eye to blatantly bad performance (music, public speaking, etc) as long as whatever is being done is in service to the ideology. Probably so strikingly similar because Leftism is as strong a religion in every tangible way as Puritanism. And, much like hardline Puritanism, its dogma can only survive if it is in a constant state of being affirmed and repeated by its followers. Which means it’s far more important to affirm and repeated the dogma than it is to tell the truth or be comically critical.
