Absolutely appalled with @NHSuk Sussex Trust. Waiting since 10th October for referral for an acute condition for my daughter and she’s not even been triaged. The PALS team can’t even be bothered to get back to me

@bt_uk@BTOpenreach1 4 weeks without internet & another failed appointment. Account says fault is fixed?!?! 3rd no show from open reach and I find appointment isn’t on the system. Angry beyond words. Don’t insult me by sending link for complaints that gets you nowhere
@bt_uk I’ve just tried that number & it takes you back through the same old loop and the same teams that can’t give me the answers. What is the point in that? I need someone senior to contact me directly with a plan of how this will be effectively resolved!
Into week 4 of no Broadband and all I am getting is apologies and excuses!! @bt_uk@BTOpenreach1 Incompetent is an understatement!!! The escalation process doesn’t make an iota of difference 🤬
@bt_uk I don’t want more apologies I just want it resolved!!! Failed to turn up for appointment on Wednesday and on Friday but I still have to wait until
Monday. Makes no sense and I have tried escalating with the team and all I get is a blank wall!!!!!
@bt_uk What a load of toffee. I’ve been through the options numerous times and there is no option to complain. You end up talking to the same teams that don’t actively allow you to complain!! Just resolve my fault is all I really want 🤬

@bt_uk@BT_Openreach you are an absolute joke!! Been without internet since the 3rd of September. We both work from home and my daughter is doing exams. 5 engineers so far and not fixed. The last one told us what the problem was and you can actually see it yet still not fixed

@bppulseuk the amount of times I turn up to a BP pulse & it’s not working is unbelievable! When you live in an area where there’s limited charging options it’s difficult enough. The app didn’t even say it was out of order until I got there this time either! #pyecombeservices
@SF_England He had an update following my re submission. He spoke to them last week and that is what they told him. I have no confidence in this getting this resolved and in the meantime my son has no money to live on!!!!
@SF_England I have spent so much time going back and challenging his account. I was told you had all the info when I talked to one of the team last year only to be told just before Christmas that you hadn’t got my info which I’d already send in the summer!
@SF_England My son keeps getting deducted monies from his 23/24 account making him short for this year, and we cannot afford the extra. He was told that I’d earned over the threshold in 23/24 which is absolutely not correct
@bphillipsonMP In the meantime you are penalising children with SEN who attend independent schools. Discriminatory and cruel. I have no choice but to take my child out as soon as she’s finished her GCSEs. Thanks a lot @bphillipsonMP
@SF_England Utterly appalling service! Poor communication, poor support. I don’t know how many times I’ve tried to sort out my son’s student finance but it’s still wrong and he’s struggling to get by 😡
