$bomo I say the offering goes through be4 the R/S,otherwise they'd have to split again after the offering. Hence the increase in A/S. As of now O/S was somethin like 27-28bil. Offering is for almost 21bil. Offering filled brings O/S to around 49bil. Pps at least .0037X1000= $3.75

@Vikingg77 Just speculating here...but if they have big boy connections with big money....them getting in at .0037 is better than buying shares at a minimum of $4....IF...IF it hits Nasdaq. Again...this is just speculation...however we can't deny it being a possibility!

$BOMO #1) for everyone calling @gway0524 a pumper....false! All the DD that was posted by him was all factual. The effort he put in was greatly appreciated by myself and hopefully by others as well. Some saw this coming....however i did not and neither did most of you!

$BOMO #2) To blame someone else for your own mistakes is childish. I blame noone but myself for holding this long and becoming emotionally attached to a stock. I now learned my lesson with this being the 3rd stock i get f@$'d in. HPIL, ICOA now BOMO # OTC wild wild west!!!

@OtcsTop @gway0524 Agreed....but as @ApeDDCrusader posted....the company clearly stated no R/S. So how could anyone have known they would pull this $hit. Very sad...and hopefully by some miracle whoever is still stuck in this...they cancel the R/S. It is a prelim....they can cancel at any time 🤞

What is the upside you ask? If BOMO management stated no R/S what other options are available to lower share count? 😉

@Heatround3Id I know its annoying to see their garbage posts....however blocking them i dont think is the answer. It's blocked for you....however not blocked for potential new investors. Better to correct them in their posts so other people see that what they are posting is only garbage...IMO
