A guy I know lost both parents to a drunk driver. He got custody of his 3 siblings and had to drop out of uni to work and take care of them.
He used to joke a lot, always outside, always laughing. After it happened, he barely talked. Just always looked tired.
If this law had been in place it would have eased his burden a bit.

Eric "Eazy-E" Wright was murdered after he caught his small hat manager, Jerry Heller, stealing from him and fired him. Jerry Heller's and Ruthless Records former head of security was Mike Klein, a former IDF/Mossad and JDL terrorist leader. Months later, Heller threatened Eazy with a lawsuit for firing him, and Eazy ignored him. Eazy(along with 2Pac), would then get targeted for extortion by the JDL. The same group that Mike Klein was a part of. Despite having a clean bill of health less than a year before in July of 1994. The asthmatic since birth, Eazy-E was taken to a small hat hospital after complaining about having problems breathing. He would later be diagnosed with full blown AIDS. Eazy had 8 baby mothers and 11 kids. His wife was 2 months pregnant at the time of his diagnosis. Not a single ex girlfriend or his wife and child who was born 6 months after Eazy's death, has ever tested positive for HIV.
They’re denying him legal counsel which is, you guessed it, illegal. This governments favorite thing to do is break the law. There is zero justification for Brian McGinnis being denied access to his attorneys. They’re just trying to punish him even more when the man already has a BROKEN arm from the police who attacked him. How do republicans defend this?
