I agree ETH or any other staking should not be a security. My question is why is @GaryGensler not going after the motherload. Ethereum 2.0 staking is over 25 Billion. Why is that being left alone?

These government documents from 2014 always refer to XRP as “XRP” rather than “Ripples”.
I find this very interesting because people today still mix this up.
It seems they have been watching XRP very closely since the start.
