We were delighted to welcome the F&D Specialist (West & Central Africa) and P&C Director (Africa 2) to VFR. They engaged with staff across branches and got a first glimpse of the impact of our Empowered Worldview and FAST programs.

This week, we facilitated a 2day Empowered Worldview training for staff. We explored mindsets that limit growth and how to shift toward ownership, responsibility, and empowerment. This mindset journey is now part of our culture, leading to both personal and organizational impact.

Recently, we held an Empowered Worldview refresher and introduced Root to Fruits with SMT and Branch Managers, led by Joseph C., F&D for West and Central Africa. The session strengthened alignment, purpose, and practical leadership to better serve staff and the most vulnerable.
