@Se_Railway Sorry I don’t understand. I don’t have an account and use a credit card for contactless. This is the difference in price between that and buying a ticket but today I will also get charged a tube fare if I do this vs buying a ticket so lose any gain unless I have missed something?

@AllianzAssistUK another 10 days have gone by and no claim payment or promised goodwill payment has been received. An unanswered DM and no follow up after calling complaints team. Reporting to the Ombudsman is an expense to you so why won’t you resolve this?
