@JeffreyMD Haha we’re a new program and I’ve been in the role of PD for a little over a year now. It’s definitely an exciting challenge and area of growth for us. Thanks for the congratulations! Hope all is well.
I’m extremely grateful and excited that we matched all our spots for internal medicine at Sutter Roseville. Congratulations to all the applicants! Now all of us are eager to find out the where and the who! #meded#match2022#matchday2022#matchday#SutterHealthMatchDay2022
Attending the #APDIMOnline21 virtually this year and someone brought up this Simon Sinek quote that has been my mantra for the rest of the conference! Easy to get overwhelmed but you can always start somewhere!
As we navigate #COVID19 we've updated our homepage (https://t.co/hVzCwivhqa) to feature our free, no-signup assessment tool (https://t.co/OSEYkwrrlm) we built to help patients & healthcare workers make better decisions during this time.

Why is it important to talk about prognosis? We’d live life differently if we knew we only had 1 yr to live. We should give our pts that gift as well. -@stevepantilat#ucsfmhp2019
Amazing & sobering stats: Every 15 minute interval giving TPA to eligible stroke pts: significant mortality, ICH, ambulation, DC home differences. #timeisbrain#UCSFMHP2019
Good to know. Gives me some more options for treating VTE in cancer patients. DOAC's are reasonable in cancer patients who do not have high bleeding risk and don't have drug-drug interactions. #UCSFMHP2019
Per Tracy Minichiello: Standard of care for treatment of cancer-associated thrombosis was traditionally LMWH. Recent trials demonstrate that DOAC better, with possible exception of pts with GI malignancy, who have higher rate of bleeding #ucsfmhp2019
