Nigeria seems to be committed to frustrating people. @NigEducation requires people to upload official copy of transcript during application for authentication but Nigerian schools like FUTO wouldn't give graduates official copy to upload. what a country???

@NigEducation @NigEducation Please why are you not responding to emails. I and many others got our transcript rejected even though our schools sent the official copy to ess email. I personally have sent emails and got zero response and none of the two support line goes through.

@NigEducation @NigEducation Please how else can I reach the ministry’s authentication support. I’ve got an issue with authentication and after sending emails to the available address, I didn’t get any response. I’m urgently in need of authenticated copy of my document.

I submitted application for authentication and out of 3 documents, only two was authenticated and authorized, one was rejected and I was asked to login my account to review/reupload the document.
I’ve logged but no way to reupload even though the BTN is there.
