Friday has been and gone,my parcel from Spain safely delivered by @TNTUKOfficial in 4 days but still no parcel from @DHLParcelUK …now 4 days OVERDUE, the post has left the office for the day so my customer won’t get her delivery from me AGAIN

#epicfail @DHLParcelUK so my parcel failed to deliver Tuesday, was missed off the van Wednesday, promised a guaranteed AM delivery today…still waiting and can I get to speak to someone? Of course not! Obviously my customer will NOT be happy for the second day of waiting 🤬
