And then there were 11... escaped rhesus macaque monkeys left. @YemasseePD says two more were found today near where they disappeared last week from the Alpha Genesis Primate Research Center in Yemassee, S.C. In all 43 fled when an employee failed to lock enclosure.

Despite prayers and protests, #Richard Moore has been executed by lethal injection. Witnesses say they initially heard Moore breathing heavily. 20 minutes later, a doctor declared him dead. His victims family was in attendance. Moore’s final words expressed condolences. to them.

U.S, Supreme Court will not halt Richard Moore’s execution tomorrow despite concerns he was tried by a jury with no African Americans. Now two of those jurors have joined his clemency fight. The 59-year olds life is in the hands of the governor now. @SCPublicRadio@SCETV
