@smasithick I am a Black customer and these non-sense charges are there for everyone. After placing these charges which are "Non-Refundable", they don't even deliver the product and refund these charges as well. Flipkart is pathetic man. They are just looting people and no one is bothered.

@Sudhanshu1414 When brands become too adamant to listen to their loyal customers, it's bound to happen. The sheer arrogance they have portrayed for years when people called them out for the bloatwares/ads, battery optimisation, other HW issues and they did nothing to address it.
