@Agoda I was denied check-in despite having a confirmed booking (ID: 2016873530) and had to book another hotel at 11:30 PM at a higher cost.

I’ve provided the replacement booking (ID: 2016878221) and all requested documents. More than 24 hours later, I still have no resolution
