@Jake__Wujastyk its been a month since this post and hasnt even gone above 14. idk what u fully expected but it was wrong. dont give false hope for engagement.
for a bad day you usually get through bt being active and having a good diet:
- lift heavy weights
- 100g creatine
- 200g protein
- 100mg nicotine
and also constant reminders to self:
- absolutely no one cares about how you feel
- your younger self had such high hopes on you
- your future self fully depends on you
- who else gonna carry the boat
Suddenly, you’re 26.
Out of college now.
Got the new corporate job. Apartment in the city. Met a girl and it’s getting serious. Joined the pickleball league.
You’re happy. It’s everything you wanted, right?
The steady paycheck, your own crib, no more useless schoolwork.
But every morning lacks excitement. It’s already mundane.
40 more years of this…wake up, 9-5, gym, netflix, die?
But it’s everything that “younger you” had hoped for.
Or was it?
At 26, you feel different.
Feels like a blank canvas…on your own, no parents, no teachers, no responsibilities.
Your life is now solely based on your decisions. All on you, kid.
My advice is to play big…and play big right f*cking now.
Because next thing you know, you’re 45. In the same city, same job, same bars…thinking “if only I would’ve”.
So pick up the canvas and picasso that sh*t right now.
You’re getting distracted again. You’ve got dreams to chase, not people to impress. Every scroll, every pointless conversation pulls you further from the life you said you wanted. Get back on track.
Neuroplasticity strengthens the circuits you use most. Every time you delay the urge to escape, you train your brain to tolerate discomfort. The resistance you feel is rewiring in real time. Endure the tension, and your baseline for calm rises with every repetition.
“You can just do things” goes deeper than most realise
You could be a musician, an athlete, a scientist, an entrepreneur tomorrow if you want
You can change your life over night - matter of locking in enough
Agency is self manufactured
The ultimate whitepill
The highest form of discipline? Acting like your future self is watching. Every action is now a reflection. Every choice is proof. And when your decisions are made in the presence of who you’re becoming-you stop betraying that version of you.
The longer you wait, the worse it gets. What starts small becomes huge in your head. It grows heavier every day you ignore it. Stop making it bigger than it is. Get it done now. Get over it. Whatever you’ve been avoiding, do it today. Once it’s done, it’s done. No more thinking about it. No more weight on your shoulders. Never think about it again. That’s what you get when you just handle it. Peace. Quiet in your head. Freedom from carrying it around.
Getting ahead is incredibly simple. Just requires you to expose yourself to the fake concept of embarrassment. Guy who sells gets paid. Guy who speaks gets heard. Guy who moves gets seen. Keep reminding the world you exist and success becomes an inevitability. All there is to it
