As per the tracking information, the item was returned on 13 August 2025 without any delivery attempt or call being made. This package contains my bank account welcome kit, which is highly important and time-sensitive.
This is not the first time such an incident has occurred — it is the second time the postman has returned a parcel without attempting delivery or contacting me. This repeated negligence is causing significant inconvenience and delays in receiving essential documents.
I kindly request you to:
1Investigate the matter and take appropriate action against the responsible postal staff.
2Ensure that future consignments are properly delivered with due diligence.
3Re-dispatch the returned consignment if possible, or guide me on how to collect it from the post office.
I would appreciate a prompt response and resolution to this issue.
