@PostOffice Thanks for the reply. How does this meet customer needs if the customer doesnโt have Twitter/doesnโt frequently use emails?! Or itโs urgent? Understandable decisions need to be made but not everyone is familiar with social media/emails?!
When you leave something at the @PostOffice and the only phone number for available is automated beyond belief! What happened to human communication? #Pickupthephone#call#lostproperty
@PostOffice Hi Amy, I had to cycle back to the post office and have located it. How come there is no customer care number for these types of scenarios, as social media and email are great but what if you don't have either or its urgent? Thanks :)
