@VinceZampella Myself & many others are in need of help. Many players on EA forums, steam community, & Reddit are getting randomly banned for no reason. Players on pc, ROG Ally, Xbox, & PS5.Please help, no resolution is being provided through support & no option to submit appeal after webform.

@TheBFPulse 1.)The rise of random false bans that’s are happening to innocent players such as myself and many other players. 2.)The lack of care from EA and shady actions by EA Advisors/TOS. 3.)No, I’m not a Cronus Zen user or use any other cheating methods cheaters use.

@tiggr_ Please look into the increasing of false bans. More forums on EAForums, Steam Community, Xbox, PS5, & Rog Ally are reporting being randomly banned. Too many screenshots to take that I can't attach but it is happening more frequently now.

Is this EA’s ethics for paying customers who are getting falsely banned? TOS closed my case before being able to have the chance appeal. Now my case shows transferred? When I try to resume my case, it does not let me. I bought my family phantom editions, and I can’t play w/ them.

So not only is EA prematurely closing appeal cases w/ no chance to reply, but they are also prematurely closing surveys related to submitted cases. They got their money, they don’t care; a few hundred falsely banned players don’t matter.

Battlefield 6 is not all perfect rainbows and sunshine—an upcoming story for you to cover. Read the forums. A rising issue is starting to boil with false bans of innocent players, such as myself, and many more, getting randomly banned for no reason. Help us! More info is in my X profile.

I'm not 1 to have social media. I created this X account, & paying the X premium subscription 2 C if I can get help. I made 52 posts & replies, trying 2 reach people who have the ability 2 help. I have always supported BF. As a young boy playing BF2 on PC w/ my dad, joined the military & continued 2 play. BF6 came, & was unjustily taken from me. I am not a cheater and never will be. @tiggr_

I would be honored to. I don't know what else to do. I don't have social media (until now). I recently created this X account, paying this ridiculous premium cost just to see if my voice can be heard. Many voices are not being heard. I am going to great lengths to prove my innocence. I just want to play with my son, father, and brother-in-law. I spent over $400 on phantom editions. PLEASE HELP ME! I don't want my money back, I just want to play.

How do these ratios, stats, and playtime translate to a permanent ban “competitive advantage” or “gameplay enhancement”? Someone help me understand and justify this adverse action taken against my account.
