States should give API access to all public databases like legal corpus, anonymized judgments, company registers, etc. Now many times these serve special business interests. Time to democratize public data...

Dark patterns are already prohibited... in half a dozen EU regulations... Instead of new legislations, we should enforce the existing ones (and get rid of the superfluous ones).
