After repeatedly calling the customer service and the airline throughout the morning, he were informed that the ticket was canceled. We had to book another flight at the last minute. @ixigo had not owned up to its mistakes but rather blamed the airlines. #worsttravelportal 2/3

We book a flight ticket for my brother's journey from Aizawl to Port Blair for 5th July, 2022 from @ixigo. As we were not able to web check-in from the night before we contacted the customer service. Nothing was done till the next morning. #worsttravelportal 1/3
