ಉತ್ತರಾಖಂಡದ ಹಲ್ದ್ವಾನಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಎಐಸಿಸಿ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷ, ಹಿರಿಯ ದಲಿತ ನಾಯಕ ಶ್ರೀ ಮಲ್ಲಿಕಾರ್ಜುನ ಖರ್ಗೆ ಅವರು ಮಾತನ��ಡಿದ ವೇದಿಕೆಯನ್ನು ಕೇವಲ ಎರಡು ದಿನಗಳ ನಂತರ ‘ಶುದ್ಧೀಕರಣ’ ಹೆಸರಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಅಪವಿತ್ರಗೊಳಿಸಿರುವುದು ಅತ್ಯಂತ ಆಘಾತಕಾರಿ ಮತ್ತು ಅಕ್ಷಮ್ಯ.

ಇದು ಹಸಿ ಹಸಿಯಾದ ಜಾತಿ ತಾರತಮ್ಯ ಹಾಗೂ ಅಸ್ಪೃಶ್ಯತಾ ಮನೋಭಾವದ ಕರಾಳ ಮುಖವಲ್ಲವೇ?

ಪ್ರಧಾನಿ ನರೇಂದ್ರ ಮೋದಿ ಅವರ "ಸಬ್ ಕಾ ಸಾಥ್, ಸಬ್ ಕಾ ವಿಕಾಸ್" ಎನ್ನುವ ಘೋಷಣೆ ಕೇವಲ ಚುನಾವಣಾ ಪ್ರಚಾರದ ಗಿಮಿಕ್ ಮಾತ್ರವೇ? ಇಂತಹ ಹೇಯ ಕೃತ್ಯದ ವಿರುದ್ಧ ಕೇಂದ್ರ ಗೃಹ ಸಚಿವ ಅಮಿತ್ ಶಾ ಅವರು ಏನು ಮಾಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ? ಅವರ ಈ ಮೌನದ ಅರ್ಥವೇನು?

ಈ ಕೃತ್ಯದೊಂದಿಗೆ ನಮಗೆ ಸಂಬಂಧವಿಲ್ಲ ಎನ್ನುವ ಬಿಜೆಪಿ ಪಕ್ಷ ಸಹ, ಕೇವಲ ಮೌನ ವಹಿಸದೆ ಈ ವಿಕೃತ ಕೃತ್ಯವನ್ನು ಬಹಿರಂಗವಾಗಿ ಖಂಡಿಸಲಿ.

ಸಂವಿಧಾನದ ವಿರೋಧಿಗಳಾದ ಇಂತಹ ಜಾತಿವಾದಿ ಶಕ್ತಿಗಳ ವಿರುದ್ಧ ಕೂಡಲೇ ಕಠಿಣ ಕ್ರಮ ಕೈಗೊಳ್ಳಬೇಕು ಎಂದು ನಾನು ಬಲವಾಗಿ ಆಗ್ರಹಿಸುತ್ತೇನೆ.
