#breakfastbootcamp doing death by burpees today. Clock starts and you have to do as many burpees as minutes on the clock. Minute 1= 1 burpee. Minute 12= 12 burpees. #physed @WinchesterWell1 @VinsonOwenOwls

3-5 ss start the week with hope rope ninjas. A @pe4everykid activity the ss love! Allows them to work independently and track their own progress. #physed @VinsonOwenOwls @WinchesterWell1

Jump rope unit starts this week which means @CoachPirillo will be seen a lot by these students. His gifs are awesome and the students love using the iPads to help them learn new skills. #PhysEd @WinchesterWell1 @VinsonOwenOwls
