IIT Madras professor S. Lakshmi Bala walks a full quantum mechanics class through the two-level atom, and she does it for free.

Western physics departments charge over $2,000 per credit for a graduate course in quantum mechanics. This entire course has been free since the early 2000s, but someone is trying to hide it.

In this lecture she has already moved past abstract vector spaces into a real physical system, the same two-level atom model that shows up later in laser physics and quantum computing.

He is originally from Prakasham District, Andhra Pradesh, India.

The Consulate General of India in Munich has received a request from his parents and is currently trying to establish contact with him and checking with the university.

1) McDonald’s Colaba - License suspended
- Failed in 18 out of 20 safety points
- Using cheese analogues without declarations
- Live cockroach infestation found
- Handling ready-to-eat food without washing hands after handling dirty footwear and soiled cleaning cloths

2) The Bombay Presidency Radio Club - License suspended
- Safety and hygiene violations
- Fly infestations in kitchen areas
- Dead cockroach found in the washing area
- Flaking ceiling plaster directly over food preparation areas

3) Khar Gymkhana - Food registration certificate suspended
- Storage arrangement issues
- Poor cleanliness
- Hygiene lapses and critical food safety violations
- Improper thawing of frozen food

4) Novaara Restaurant - License suspended
- Warned on August 13 for improvement
- Still no satisfactory improvement in 14 out of 25 serious deficiencies
