An actionable tool I use when I'm working and one of my kids asks to play (bookmark this and try it for yourself):

Instead of saying "not right now" or "I'm too busy"

Say: "I can play in x minutes." Or "I can play at x o'clock"

This way, instead of making them feel disappointed, you're actually giving them something to look forward to

Then all that's left is to keep your promise.

Today, Ariel was the only person able to say Kaddish (the mourner’s prayer) during his family’s funeral.

His father Yaniv, mother Yasmin, his sisters Techelet and Keshet were murdered by Hamas terrorists.
