@MejiiroMcQueen Have you been eating a balanced diet? Some foods give short term energy and some give longer energy. Short term energy is good when you need to run or otherwise use it, but if you don't burn it off you might crash instead.

@HaruUrarahara I honestly prefer silence. I do not listen to music when I race so I train under those same circumstances. I won't stop you if it helps you stay motivated, however.

Concerning. I, the Vice President of Tracen Academy, stand with Symboli Rudolf on this policy. This is bigger than all of us. If we want the generations of umamusume after is to have the wonderful opportunities this academy provides, we have to fight for it. #SaveTracen
