@Tesla The problem is not the install time , it’s about the worst customer support Tesla solar roof has after an issue.
My issue has not been resolved from 2 1/2 months and no answer by when it will be.

@elonmusk 2 1/2 months for an issue and still this is Tesla’s response I understand your frustration but we’re doing everything we can to get answers as far as if the update will fix the inverter issues or if they just need to send us a new one for you. Elon 1st pass this filter

It has been almost 2 months now but no resolution from Tesla customer service.
I will say this was a Lemon install & will say please reconsider your decision if you planning to get this

@elonmusk I have a solar glass roof system stating 8.3kw capacity but the production never crosses 4.1kw even in bright sunny day with 91* in Maryland #called tesla support multiple times no response.
Looks like the tesla solar roof only has 50% of efficiency.....lol

@jfuhrmann12 @ghost_scot @Tesla Production issue@if you read my original commment they installed 8.4kw system which has not produced even close to 4kw from the day they have installed.
So means not even 50%production And have asked them this question multiple times but no response.
