@airtelindia Further there is no connect between your DTH team and Fibre team and the customer would be kept oscillating between these two if one buys a combo plan it would just leave one frustrated … I repented my decision by enrolling in their combo so called airtel black plan..

@airtelindia Plus your Sales guys mis-sells the plan by claiming all the TV channels would be provided free of charge whereas in the ₹699 plan only the basic plan is included. Simple English News channels also we need to pay extra.

@airtelindia You provide one of the most pathetic services.. Took me a week to get my DTH installed after paying advance of ₹4,000’and after repeated calls to the Sales Guy who conveniently said that the Service guy would look into it.
