This post highlights an important issue related to the rights of Indian content creators and fair compensation for their hard work.

The lack of fair sharing of ads and premium account revenue with creators on X platform (formerly Twitter) is indeed a matter of concern. When platforms like YouTube and Facebook give a large share of ad revenue to their creators and provide various revenue sources, X's attitude shows inequality and lack of transparency.

Gravity of the issue:

1. Ad revenue sharing:

YouTube gives up to 55% to its creators, while X's model is still unclear and gives only limited benefits to creators.

2. Premium accounts benefits:

X keeps 75% of the revenue from premium accounts, which shows that creators are not getting their due.

3. Lack of transparency:
The misconception being spread on X is that bigger replies or bigger posts will increase payouts, which is wrong. This could be a strategy to mislead creators.

4. Role of the government:

Union Minister Ashwini Vaishnav's suggestion to compensate original content creators is a right step. This will help creators to be aware of their rights and put forward their demands.

Need:

A uniform and transparent policy should be implemented on all platforms for ad revenue sharing.

Creators should get their fair share and incentives so that they can maintain their creativity.

Creators should raise their voice unitedly on this issue, as it is not just a question of personal gain but of the interest of the entire community.

Call:
It is time for Indian creators to take this issue seriously and raise their voice. केंद्रीय मंत्री अश्विनी वैष्णव का ओरिजनल कंटेंट क्रिएटर्स को मुआवजा देने का सुझाव एक सही कदम है। इससे क्रिएटर्स को अपने अधिकारों के प्रति जागरूक होने और अपनी मांगें रखने में मदद मिलेगी।

जरूरत:

Ad revenue sharing के लिए सभी प्लेटफॉर्म्स पर समान और पारदर्शी नीति लागू होनी चाहिए।

क्रिएटर्स को उनका सही हिस्सा और प्रोत्साहन मिलना चाहिए ताकि वे अपनी रचनात्मकता बनाए रख सकें।

इस मुद्दे पर क्रिएटर्स को एकजुट होकर आवाज उठानी चाहिए, क्योंकि यह केवल व्यक्तिगत लाभ का नहीं बल्कि पूरे समुदाय के हित का सवाल है।
