@SpireJim Actually its better to be a criminal than being a victim of a perpetuated crime. You suffer more reporting a case to Police. Recently an I.O told me he lacks skills of trucking my suspect. He however, noted that if "we"got money, he could get "us" an expert.

@SpireJim A few days ago,the so cald Adf had attacked the DRC border side, our Ugandan side claimed there is no thr't the border is well manned, nw in a wk's time we are attacked. A place in between two plce stns with 2battalions arnd? Rebls cros, kill, abduct and not intercepted??

@HEBobiwine It is purely negligence on the security forces, reliably aware that my village has 2 battalions and such and incident occurring at around 2200hrs -23 hrs ! And no one intercepts them really? Kill, abduct and cross back .......1.5km from the battalion???

@nbstv I doubt our security.... alot.... I think it was last week that they(adf) had attacked lhubiriha market and people had to camp at the church in Kabuyiri....security claimed they were manning the border tightly....so how could such happen? Kill, abduct people and cross....???
