@DashingDavidYT Basically, he has knowledge of the other timeline because he essentially always exists. Remake is his attempt to change his own fate, and Aerith tries to stop him. That’s why you get the whispers
@DashingDavidYT Sephiroth after AC is basically confirmed to still exist within the Lifestream as a sort of parasite attached to Cloud.
In the Remake trilogy, he tries a different approach which is why we have him whispering in Cloud’s ear from the start instead of the junon meeting mid-game.
@RudeThighs@nubarronvii Trauma, terminal illness, and survivor’s guilt are extremely powerful mental blockers. Just look at how Sephiroth coped with his traumas
@Monsterbf1Ilove The point is that “hero” is something manufactured by Shinra, hence why he doesn’t want it. He wants to be able to save anyone whenever, but he’s always denied that. He does want to be a hero, but that term itself has become a Shinra thing.
@Tirece11@jammybear21 The experimentation already filled him with Mako energy in an unnatural way. Any time he gets close to high concentrations of it, it overloads him. Tifa doesn’t have that problem, thankfully
@keem6o1@clashreport “The reason we need defense systems is because otherwise we can’t bully our neighbors with impunity”
Get the fuck outta here man. Have some self-respect and stop sucking off your own government
