The caveat is I wouldn’t agree to lifting the cap unless it comes with an option for new entrants in the workforce to elect ind accounts

@Haeze @ewarren We need a comprehensive plan. I think we need to get rid of the cap but lower the 12.4 to something like 2.0. Also any reform needs a plan to privatize for young people entering the workforce. We need to transition from centralized to individual accounts
