@SIRIUSXM when someone cancels a subscription, there's usually a reason behind it. Companies keep raising prices and not offering more is a big reason for this. This also doesn't mean call EVERY DAY to try and get you back. This is harassment and not marketing or sales.

Forcing yourself onto people is the quickest way to annoy a customer (previous, present, or future) and prevent them from signing up, staying subbed, or resubscribing to your service. I do NOT want a promotional discount to return as I have made my decision.

@FedExHelp why has my package, that was supposed to arrive yesterday, not moved since Saturday? Now it's saying it will update when the package moves again? Better communication is needed on the site/app when it comes to tracking packages, not just a dart throw statement.

@SIRIUSXM I've been called 5 times since I bought my other car about adding it to a package. I've refused every time, politely. I don't want to change my plan. If I get 1 more call then I will cancel my plan altogether.
