So the 5th complain in 12 days gets closed without any technician visiting or resolving the issue. Paying for 40Mbps but barely getting 5. Sometime 1. Disconnecting from Airtel now. @airtelindia@Airtel_Presence@TRAI
So, 4 complains raised since July 12. All 4 marked resolved without any technician or customer care exec calling or solving. Saw the TRAI service level chart. Basically, Airtel is force closing tickets from their system to meet TRAI numbers. @TRAI@airtelindia@Airtel_Presence
@iNamanModi@airtelindia@reliancejio 4 tickets closed without resolution to meet TRAI service levels. Have raised complaint with consumer forum now. @airtelindia thinks they can take the money and just run away.

So Airtel is working hard to ensure that the customer cannot reach their customer care team, and if by chance you do, they make sure that you don’t talk to them again. Neither do they solve the actual problem. Thinking of disconnecting. @airtelindia
@indifferent_kay@airtelindia Nah, second time in a year. Escalated to their 3rd level last time and got it fixed z now they’ve blocked that flow itself.

How @BlueDart_@BlueDartCares works:
> Send "Out for delivery" message for a week, but won't call
> When sender enquires, respond (lie) that address is wrong so they raise return request.
> Expect the receiver to collect it from warehouse.
Lazy, incompetent, liars. Wow!
@DHLExpressIndia@BlueDartCares well your "sister" is not "concerned" with delivering any shipment - one week of "Out for delivery" messages, but no calls or delivery attempt. Funny!
@BlueDart_@dhl_india I did not know it was my job to come and collect the package from your warehouse after you charge a shipping fee. How lazy and incompetent are your employees? This is the third time in 4 months this is happening. Shame on you!
@BlueDart_ Why do you charge a premium for marking the courier as "consignee not available" without even attempting delivery? Should I raise a consumer court case for even basic package delivery now? Is that the level of incompetence you have reached?
Kudos to @help_delhivery’s excellent service, my courier has been out for delivery since last Monday, but still couldn’t find its way home. Cannot recommend @delhivery enough if you want your courier to never reach the destination.
@ShiprocketIndia@help_delhivery can i get an explanantion as to why my courier is showing out for delivery for the last two days but not showing up at my door? No attempts or calls made, yet the audacity of your staff to mark it as "no code", "delivery attempt failed". Why lie?
All’em Design Enthusiasts out there!
How about working on an international craftform?!
#Thatheras- India’s only intangible heritage craftform on UNESCO’s list calls for an excellent opportunity to transform this community into entrepreneurs.

@Cleartrip Hi, I had booked an Indigo ticket (PNR: DFTPUF) via YONO. The ticket was later cancelled and Indigo has confirmed that the refund was completed to Cleartrip. However I'm yet to get the refund. Can you please let me know what is causing the delay?
