But then you will shout Conversion Mafia, Islamization of India, threat of Demography etc. but you don't want to give them equality. I don't see good future for Hinduism.

Any society which doesn't treat all of its people as equal and doesn't provide equal opportunities to grow, will ultimately die on its own. Rather help in upliftment of the downtrodden.
