Dear Honorable Judge Gildea,

I watched your emergency hearing today and felt compelled to write my first letter of this kind.

I am concerned about the future of our Massachusetts Justice System. From corrupt police officers, to corrupt District Attorneys, to corrupt Judges, to City Council Embezzlement, Drug dealing mayoral staffers... it's all too much.

Today's spectacle that you led in court just sent me over the edge. Why are you protecting ex-trooper Michael Proctor? Protecting him does not shield the Justice System from more harm, it adds an incredible amount of added scrutiny. You do not know who leaked this information, yet you're deciding if you're going to block him from being deposed forever? How do you know it wasn't Proctors lawyers or family themselves that leaked it to get you to react like this? Did you do any investigating? It took 2 seconds to find out it was Grant Smith Ellis' post on X that you were referring to. Did you ask him where he got his information? It looked like a public document to me, and it had no HIPPA information.

This whole hearing today was a clown show. You made a snide remark to Alan Jackson, and would not hear any dissent from the 32 lawyers you forced to show up.

In my eyes, this is conduct unbecoming a Judge. Maybe if the entire system wasn't corrupt, you would be able to see that.

This case has millions of eyes on it because of the corruption in our Justice System. Please do what is right. Allow disgraced ex-trooper Michael Proctor to be deposed. We have a right as citizens of Massachusetts to know exactly what kind of person he is, seeing as the MSP decided he was fit to have power over us.

It looks like antis have been screenshotting posts and sending them to the judges attention. Since he’s never been on Twitter, he’s interpreting it as an issue he needs to address, then misplacing blame on team KR when they have nothing to do with it.

It’s making him appear out of touch, gullible and easy to manipulate. He needs to forget social media and focus on what he can control, the depositions that aren’t happening in his case.
