Incredibly disappointed in @UPS. Paid over $140 yesterday to send a negative of a photo to CA to arrive before 11 AM today. It was misrouted and is in MA. Hasn’t moved since. Side note, it’s for my father in laws funeral. Still sitting on wrong side of the country.

Hate when one of my kids have to give blood at labcorp. Supposed to open at 7:30 and no one even showed up to open the door until 7:47. 8 people in line. Customer service is HORRIBLE here. #labcorp
