@FirstSouthYorks Hello, sorry this does not relate to your post, but could you please let me know why my saved bus stops do not work on my app anymore? I tried to open all them and it doesn't open the time table as before. Thank you

It's #InternationalGuideDogDay, and @STN_Airport welcomed some very special 'pawsengers' this week! 🐾
7 Guide Dog puppies em-BARK-ed on the customer journey, exposing them to the busy airport environment. ✈️
The 🐶's will soon be a companion to someone living with sight loss.
#OUB329 well today I have submitted my very last assignment with the Open University. The feeling is still weird, I will need time to adjust after all these years! Thank you @lynnrobertscc to be my tutor for my last journey and all the other tutors. It has been great! 🙌
#OUB329 Wk 17 this week I have learned about the impact that Social change organisations can bring to culture and society in general. They are useful to promote initiatives and involve the public in making small changes everyday @lynnrobertscc
#OUB329 wk16 very interesting topic, activist leadership. I share the same principles of this leadership practice in every aspect on my life. I believe in a join effort in order to make a change that suits as many as possible. @lynnrobertscc
#OUB329 wk15 particular inspiring the concept that resistance is part of leadership. The material explained that resistance can lead to positive outcomes, and not necessarily turns out to provoke a negative effect.
@lynnrobertscc@kristina_risley
#OUB329 wk 15, quite interesting the concept of the four faces of power: Coercion, manipulation, dominance and subjectification. I can definitely say that I have experienced most all of them in my professional life. @lynnrobertscc@kristina_risley
#OUB329 wk15 interesting week learning about leadership and resistance. I'm always fascinated by the concept that followers have their own degree of power towards leaders. Everyone can make a difference in leadership. @lynnrobertscc@Allanmooney
#OUB329 wk14 this week I have learnt about the differences of a tame, wicked and critical challenge. I consider these concepts some of the most important ones considering the wider society and environment the live within. @lynnrobertscc
#OUB329 wk12 this week I have learnt about collaboration and how much can be challenging to achieve with different parties involved, especially when a positive - sum approach is the goal. @lynnrobertscc
#OUB329 I personally see the word dissent with a negative meaning, but wk11 helped me understand that conflict can be avoided even when there's disagreement. I would probably say the key words here are open mind, listening, caring and professionalism.
@lynnrobertscc
#OUB329 wk11 very interesting week about dealing with conflict and change. I quite liked the concept of constructive dissent, but for me personally I still have to work a lot to overcome the boundaries of power and authority, as in the end we are "just humans" @lynnrobertscc
#OUB329 wk7 considering the 3 roles of administrator, manager and leader, I found myself with a lot of matches as administrator, and some as a manager. My aim is to incorporate some aspects as an inspiring leader too, but that's tricky!
@lynnrobertscc
#OUB329 wk10 despite seeing some disadvantages of social media for our society (which I will not explain here),I recognise their power in reducing the boundaries of hierarchy between people with power and people without. Leaders can influence followers easily now. @lynnrobertscc
