Microsoft has filed a patent for ads that could interrupt games after boss fights, cutscenes, quests and multiplayer rounds

Players would receive credits granting temporary game access, while watching an ad would award another credit to let them resume

I love that the steam controller does the Wilhelm scream when it's dropped. Can you imagine throwing it in a fit of rage just to hear that iconic "Aa~aAaah!"? My anger would dissipate into a fit of tear-filled laughter immediately.
