Spanish branch hasn’t replied to me in 16 days after 1600 euros were taken from my account with no reason.
They you wonder why there are loads of negative reviews in Spain about the company.

@Avis is it possible to have a reply from a manager or customer service in Spain? I have spent with Avis more than 2000 euros in the last weeks. The local branch took another 1600 euros from my account with no reason.
It’s 16 days I am waiting for an answer from someone in Spain.
