Primarily I was trying to phrase it in terms that someone who can't wrap their heads around that idea that the body's gender is informed by more than their genitals could start with, but I misspoke by not including the distinction

They'll use a lot of words and inflammatory language to say they don't understand why two words, i.e. gender and sex, don't mean the same thing. Sorry, "one" will use a lot of words

Biological males don't menstruate, but not all men are biological males. It's weird that you get that "rape" and "murder" can be used to mean more than one thing, but not "men"
