The mechanic: any vault depositor can call compound() and receive 0.9% of the vault's total pending rewards. The bounty isn't weighted by the caller's stake. The dashboard shows the next-caller bounty live.

Different design philosophy — uONE is a liquid staking token (ERC-20), https://t.co/W4GhhFHWRF uses non-transferable vault shares. No liquid token means stronger regulatory positioning but no instant liquidity. The compound bounty mechanism means anyone can trigger compounding and earn for doing it — the protocol runs permissionlessly even without an operator. 1% fee is hardcoded immutable.
