It’s interesting that many of my friends in GTM orgs looking at their next jobs are not only considering PMF, Quota, Avg org attainment and WFH/In Office
Now they also want access to the leading AI tools so they can educate themselves on how to use them
Organizations that are not giving these tools to their teams are going to have a harder time acquiring talent that is accustomed to or wants the experience using them.
