@nectar Hi Craig, I'll let you know if they are reimbursed or not. It was a big total to go missing so very obvious! I imagine lots of people have lost quite a lot of @nectar points and coupons by updating their @sainsburys trolleys! Thanks
BEWARE @sainsburys customers!! I have lost £125 worth of @nectar points after redeeming them for a Sainsburys coupon but later, updating my shopping trolley, they took the same amount off my debit card. Four calls and five days later - still not sorted out #badcustomerservice
@nectar Janet is on the case this morning, it appears to be moving, although I won't know for 72 hours. Seriously though, she has been my fourth customer service rep since Saturday to try to solve this. There should be a warning on Sainsbury's and Nectar's sites about updating trolleys.
