@JamesEKrause@semodough I think there is an untapped markets of patients unwilling to take an injection, that would take a pill. If AD was a life threatening disease, I think they would choose the most efficacious regardless of how it’s administered. But I think even half the efficacy is a big win
@HOThomasWPhelps@wjhuber5 Assuming fully diluted shares of 84m (includes warrants), CRVS market cap is still only $530m. Still extremely cheap for where they’re at. If I recall correctly, DICE and Principia were worth well over $1bn during phase 1 trials in autoimmune
@HOThomasWPhelps That’s great to know. You can see from the slides from one of their older presentations, by day 28 one of the dogs was almost completed cleared of AD
@Kennydoesbio One thing you aren’t considering is that Dupixent is an injection. If CPI-818 is even half as effective, it’s a big win. Most people don’t prefer injections, especially for non fatal conditions
@RobertSMBiotec@Pharmdca@ian_yuun62862 Believe total peak sales are estimated at $1.2bn. Not sure what valuation should be at this stage though, being that 1.2bn is estimated to be peak rev in 2030, which is 7 years from now.
Long $CRVS- risk/reward ratio is too good to ignore.
- Strong data
- Strong Management (CEO was cofounder of PCYC which was bought out for $21bn)
- Ceo taking 90% of salary in stock over next few years hence incentive to avoid toxic dilution
- Relatively unnoticed (for now)
