@Leon_Schreib Rather fix your applications and collections. Spent half a day to apply for my daughters ID and stood almost six hours just to collect it. That is just pathetic service to say the least! Poor old lady infront of us was not even offered a seat and stood just as long.

When will this be fixed as it has been like this for years. Fill one hole and not the next so contractors are milking us and doing substandard work.
