@WestJet I’ve already submitted claims and your company is not replying. I don’t need to submit again, I need someone to respond. I can understand that things happen but you have completely dropped the ball twice. I have 2 separate claims outstanding and neither has been addressed!
There was a time when I would only fly @WestJet but now I will pay more to fly anyone else. Last 2 flights they gave away our prepaid seats and basically ripped the wheels off the bottom of our suitcase. Not heard one word in 2 weeks about refunds/replacement. Do better @WestJet
Wow @Rogers …waited over 2 hours for a customer service rep on live chat. Then it just ended. And now I am expected to contact YOU again…terrible service. Do better.
