@ACTFibernet got a new connection installed on 9th may and applied for a plan and your sales team applied for a lower plan in system. Once activated I had to raise another ticket to get the plan upgraded. When I got the plan on 9th may they gave me a new router from box
They cannot give a new router and can provide old / refurbished router. How is this a customer problem when your sales team initially selects wrong lower plan in system when I paid for higher plan and then eventually when I request to upgrade give me old router
@AmexBusiness@AmexIndia when I called last month about a problem to your cc, I was promised to call back this month to get that fixed and when I called today I was straight up denied any help and was politely told to Get the hell lost.
