The #CareDay22 was an introspective moment where I realized that as long there is no government commitment and support towards #careleavers positive outcomes are hard to see. Being #CareAware gives me the strength to hold fellow care leavers and lobby and push for policy change.

At the Validation Workshop on the National Alternative Care Policy for Children in Zimbabwe had a discussion with an officer @UNICEFZIMBABWE. "Some children in alternative care in particular in residential child care are being failed by the system".
