I booked for a flight 6e6554 but without my authorisation they booked a different flight 6e194. And now they're denying refund!
They're support just keeps you transferring from one chat to another but you never get a solution.

@SwiggyCares So you just use false compensation promises a means to buy some time? That's not how things work. Either stick to what you promised regarding compensation because there was a significant delay and the food arrived cold or face consequences. @SwiggyCares

Food was ready but there weren't delivery agents around.
The CS assured for compensation after delivery. After almost 0.5Hrs delay the order was delivered, but CS refused for any compensation because he told me to "ease my worries." @SwiggyCares

The offer valid only to inactive paytm users isn't mentioned on the displayed terms and conditions.

My Flipkart axis bank credit card has been delivered and activated but it is still not updated on the flipkart app.
Upon contacting Axis Bank I was told to contact flipkart because the linking issue was on Flipkart's end.
No support offered from

Because as shown on @Swiggy, I did the payment as I'm very much compliant to the T&C mentioned there.
But according to Paytm the T&C is different from being displayed @Paytmcare
@Paytmcare That's not a resolution. This was simply not mentioned on the @Swiggy promo page and you cannot change the terms according to you.
It is clearly not mentioned here that cashback would be credited in case of the inactive/dormant account for 60 days.
