@TalkTalk I have been on the phone to tech support three times and they said there’s nothing else they can do and that the upload speeds are too low, but correct. You should update the website stating that 2 - 4 mb upload speeds are all you actually get

So on their website the advertise average upload speed of 18mb on our package and we are getting 2.7mb upload, according to them, that is correct! @TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup so not as advertised at all, not even close! #slowspeeds #falseadvertisement
