@digibank Dear sir, please enable online submission of Form 15G/121 in the net banking. When we tried to submit on line, an error message tells us to submit the forms at the nearest branch. Kindly enable the online submission feature of form 15G /121.

There is no sub-category like " foreign income received from son". I have attached the screenshot. I request you to kindly include it immediately please.

@kinjalkishor @HDFC_Bank @HDFCBank_Cares I too face the same problem. What kind of online banking HDFC is offering. HDFC has become lazy. Software updation team and the leader responsible are sleeping. I am planning to withdraw my FDs and deposit in other banks.

@HDFCBank_Cares HDFC netbanking asking to submit Form 121 (15G) physically to the nearest branch after downloading from the HDFC portal. What kind of "online" banking you are offering ? Can't you update your systems in time ? This is not netbanking. Now we have to visit bank !

@AmazonHelp Three items received on 12 June 2024 in two packets viz.,(1) Order No: 406-4104648-5998741 (2) 406-1264058-6613132 (3) 406-9291516-6363542. We paid Rs 4347/- and Rs 709.30 . Rs 709.30 is excess amount. Complained to C/Care. No action taken so far. Please refund the amount.
